Ticket Pick-up Information: All tickets will be held at Citi Field and can be picked up with a photo ID at the main box office. The box office is located to the left of the main entrance (Jackie Robinson Rotunda).
Please note: Citi Field is located in Queens, NY. You should allow plenty of travel time to get to the stadium via subway. The best way to get to and from a Mets game is by riding the No. 7 train to Mets-Willets Point.
