Head one flight up to visit the fully open-air 70th floor, with incredible 360-degree views of Manhattan and farther. Stay as long as you want, fully exploring the 55,000 square feet of the indoor and outdoor decks. Every moment of the day or night brings different perspectives on the spectacular cityscape, and you’ll find completely new stories happening in front of you when night falls. There’s an incredible energy to Manhattan, and the stunning panoramas available from the Top of the Rock truly demonstrate why the city is awash in energy, wonder, and beauty.

Look to the south, and you’ll see many of the iconic New York landmarks: the Chrysler Building, the Empire State Building, and One World Trade Center to name a few. To the north is the emerald jewel of Manhattan, Central Park, and Harlem beyond. Standing on the observation deck of the Top of the Rock definitely feels like being in the middle of it all.

Why Go?

Best Known For:
Make it to the Top of the Rock and get unparalleled 360-degree views of New York from the heart of the city.

New York City is a tall town, a city that built up into the sky instead of out through the landscape. In order to truly enjoy the full glory of New York, you need to get up high. From the Top of the Rock’s three observation decks, 850 feet above the world-famous 5th Avenue, you can truly see into the soul of the city. You’ll have a bird’s eye view of one of the most iconic locations in New York, Central Park. It’s a view coveted by millionaires and billionaires, and, for the low price of a ticket, you can have that view yourself.

30 Rock is one of the most famous locations in New York, not only for its architectural significance, but also because of the impact it has had upon American culture. It holds a special place in the heart of television viewers, and there’s really no better way to experience that first hand than by visiting the Top of The Rock. You’ll see the city before you and indulge your inner Jack Donaghy. And while you’re up there, 70 floors above the city, you can start to get a sense of the city as a whole, and of the living and breathing creature of Manhattan. When you see the Chrysler Building, the Empire State Building, and One World Trade Center you’re seeing into the history of the city, and even the history of America. It’s a spot where you can visualize the entire island of Manhattan, and because of that, it’s a unique experience.
